THEY SAID I NEED TO “SIP” (CIPP)?!
The Club and Individual Participation Program (CIPP) is USA Rugby’s third party liability insurance coverage that protects you, the team, and the club from lawsuits that may arise from accidents that occur throughout the rugby season. In order to be a player, coach, and/or administrator with Okaloosa Rugby, you must be “CIPP”ed with USA Rugby.
What is Rugby Xplorer?
Rugby Xplorer is an Australia-based platform created especially for Rugby. Rugby Xplorer is a digtal platform that enables fans, players, coaches, officials, and administrators to follow, participate, and manage every facet of the game. Rugby Xplorer is how players will CIPP with USA Rugby and how coaches/administrators will track & update scores and run their respective teams.
Step By Step Registration Guide
Download the Rugby Xplorer app or open the website: https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/
- On the website, enter your email address to check if you already have a Rugby Xplorer account
- For individuals have do not have a Rugby Xplorer account, you will need to create an account. Click “sign me up”
- For those who do have an account, login to Rugby Xplorer
- Once signed-in and on the home screen, click on the Register tab
- Click on “Find a Club” under the “Participate in Rugby” heading
- Select your profile under the “Who would you like to register?” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Type in “Okaloosa Rugby” under the “Which club would you like to register to?” heading, select Okaloosa Rugby, then click the “Next” button
- Select you Role Type, Registration Type, and Duration from the drop-down menus under the “Registration type” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Ensure your information is correct under the “Personal details” heading, then click the “Next” button
- If your information is not correct, you will need to go back and fix it in the “My Profile” tab
- You can add/change your profile photo under the “Profile Photo” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Select your Gender, Country of Origin, and Ethnicity from the drop-down menus and ensure your address is correct under the “Additional details” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Update your emergency contact info under the “Emergency contact details” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Select the appropriate button under the “Additional Questions” heading, then click the “Next” button
- Find the Order Summary showing applicable registration fees, then click the “Pay” button
- NOTE: You will still need to pay the Okaloosa Rugby Club dues and the Game-Day Fees to play for Okaloosa Rugby
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions, enter your payment information under the “Payment details” heading, and click on the “Pay Now” button to complete your registration
